Frequently Asked Questions

The eighteen things Marília answers most often, in the order she answers them.

Buying

Can you tell me what size I am?

No, and it is the one thing we refuse. What we will do is send the actual garment measurements in centimetres, tell you what it did on four different people, and say which of two sizes we would put you in.

Will it come back in stock?

European houses, usually. Greek makers, usually not — a workshop of three cannot repeat within a season. Marília will write to you either way, and about one in four of those emails says never.

Can you hold something?

Forty-eight hours, by phone. It is not a system, it is six people who know what is on the rail.

Do you price match?

No. We also do not discount outside the two dated sales in January and July, and there has never been a code.

Delivery and returns

How fast is delivery?

Athens same day if ordered before 14:00, Greece next working day, EU three to five. Full rates on the shipping page.

How long do I have to return?

Thirty days, ninety on gifts. Sale pieces included, on the same terms.

Who pays for the return?

We do, within Greece. Outside it, the label costs what the label costs and we tell you before you commit.

Nothing ships in August

The shop closes for two weeks and everybody goes. The dates go up in June and the website says so at checkout.

The shop and the workroom

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00. An appointment gets you the shop to yourself before opening or after closing, for nothing.

Are alterations really free?

In the first year on anything bought here, yes, including on sale pieces. At cost afterwards, and we will alter things bought elsewhere too.

Is the shop step-free?

Ground floor yes, with a 4cm lip at the door. The accessories floor is stairs only — tell us and we will bring it down.

Can I bring the children?

Yes. There is a chair, and Konstantinos has been known to be more interesting than the clothes.
