Orders over €300 ship free within Greece and the European Union. Duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Knitwear is folded with acid-free tissue. Tailoring travels on the hanger it was pressed on, in a garment box rather than a mailing bag — it costs us more and it arrives without a crease across the chest.
We pack Monday to Saturday and hand over to the courier at 16:00. Anything ordered after that on a Saturday leaves on Monday. You will have a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed.
Choose collection at checkout and the parcel waits behind the counter at 13 Tsakalof for fourteen days. Bring the order number; we do not need anything else.
