Valid for twenty-four months from the date it is issued. Not exchangeable for cash and not refundable, which is the one thing the law does not let us be generous about. If a purchase made with a card is returned, the value goes back onto the card rather than onto a bank statement.
Lost the code? We can reissue it against the original order. Lost the physical card? Tell us roughly when it was bought and we will find it — the counter book goes back further than the till does.
